No shipping methods available

I have created the webshop casa-botanica early 2019. Last week we were informed there are no shipping methods available for Italy. I checked and indeed noticed the same. When checking other countries it appeared this is now also the case for Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Romania, Spain and Switzerland. We never had these issues before and I have not made changes to the shipping settings since the go live in March of 2019. I have spent quite some time trying to put my finger on what is causing this issue, but without success. The only thing I have noticed is that the countries that currently do not have an issue appear in the shipping zones only as country while aforementioned countries that do have an issue appear as countries and individual regions/states within those countries.
I guess an update in either WordPress or WooCommerce is the root cause of the issues, because again I have not made any changes to the shipping settings and we did not have this issue before. Hence, can someone please advise how to solve this?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
