No shortcode to copy

  I’m trying to add a contact form to a contact page. I’ve followed the direction as per the video on the wordpress.com site – hitting the custom form and then I’m happy with the default options given.
  But, when I hit the “add this form to my post” button” it just goes back to the “edit page” page and no shortcode is generated.
  Not sure what’s happening/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
