No 'showcase page' template option in oxygen theme

  Ahoy,
  I’m trying to transfer content from my blogname.wordpress.com blog to my blogname.com site, but I can’t for the life of me set a showcase page because the option just isn’t there.

  Can someone tell me what I’m missing?
