No sidebar, but how to place a RSS widget?

  I am using Twenty Twelve theme with no sidebar, I like the full widht layout for pictures.
  But with no sidebar, people can’t sign up for blog updates or even easilly find a RSS feed widget.
  Is there a way to place it somewhere eles? I mean, on a CUSTOM MENU page, por example?
