No Sidebar on individual posts?

  When i click and individual post or link to an individual post, how can i get the sidebar to display all the things it displays for the home page like the facebook like button, the authors list, recent posts, etc. It only displays this for these things for the home page but i want them on individual posts sidebar too. Is this possible?

  Only by switching to a different theme.
