No sidebar on main page after publishing a few posts
-
My sidebar went down to the bottom of the page (using a mostly stock Twenty Thirteen), but only on the front page. It seems to have happened after publishing a few posts. It’s still missing if I use an incognito window (Firefox 24 and Chrome 29.0.1547.76 m) to eliminate plugins and cache as the cause.
My guess is that something in one of the recent posts is causing the sidebar to flow down, but I’m no web designer. I just play one on TV.
Any ideas?

I did search the forum. No results that were relevant to my problem came up. All the results I saw were related to custom CSS. Now there’s a relevant result — this thread.
I found the stray div, and the problem went away after I got rid of it.

The forum search is a very strange beast. For good results, always ignore the stupid “Recent Posts” section and go straight to the bottom option: the “search at Google” link.
