No Site but still Get Billed Annually

  I just discovered I was billed annually even though I have no blog site for more than 2 years. I checked my account, there is nothing to say I have a subscription. My account say no credit card details recorded but yet I was billed.

  Is there someone I can write to? There is no contact information anywhere. This is insane. A captive customer???

  Can someone please help. Thanks.
