No site listed in ‘My Site’ when I log in to WordPress.com

    Hi there. I have access to my side’s admin through the URL with ‘/wp-admin’, at the end but I don’t have a site listed in My Site at WordPress.com. I need to add a text record to the DNS but I can’t do it when My Site are is not populated. The website was created by a thrd party and handed over to me. Can you help/advise? Thanks in advance.

    What is the address of the site you are referring to?

    Hi.

    Thanks for your reply. The URL is https://hadnet.org.uk/wp-admin/. I am very new to all this and only really add pages and articles after the site was created for us by a web designer. I can’t even tell if I should be raising a support request here or on WordPress.org. If you could help at all or point me to the right place for support I would be eternally grateful.

    The domain you mentioned is mapped to a site hosted here, on WordPress.com. However, that site was created by a different account of yours – hadability.
    To manage the site you’ll want to log out from the current account and log into the correct one. If you don’t remember the credentials, check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:

    Thank you so much for your reply. You’re absolutely right about it being under the ‘hadability’ account. I managed to find the credentials for that account so I am back in control now!
