I am trying to enable the site title and tagline on my site, but there is no checkbox to ‘enable site title and tagline’ on my site identity page in Appearance>Customize

It looks like https://forestfiresmokeshop.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, so our support is limited.
As far as I know, the page title and tag line show by default. If they’re not you may need to flag this issue with the theme developers here: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/storefront/
