No sound in video header

  I am using twenty seventeen.
  I have added a video to the header, but there is no sound.
  Using a YT link, as the video is too large.

  Clues?

  It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.

  Thank you, however I have resolved my problem and decided not to use video.
