No Store in Dashboard. Can't access Domain Administrator. Transfer DNS.

I have the basic WordPress account (Not Premium). My domain name http://www.thesecretstop.com/ is registered with WordPress and I pay the yearly fee. I am redesigning my website and plan on moving it to another hosting service. I understand that I need to change the name servers and point them from WordPress to the new host, but I don’t see the option to do so in my dashboard. There is no “Store” in my dashboard, therefore I cannot navigate to “Domain Administration” to Change the DNS.
Also, under Tools: No “Export” option only “Press This.” Why am I not seeing these options? Is it because I don’t have the premium account? How do I go about changing the name servers to switch hosting services when I cannot access the “Store.” I have read all the support articles and know how to make the transfer, I just can’t access it in my dashboard. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The domain may have been purchased from WordPress.com but the site is not hosted here, and it is not using WordPress.com software, and thus no WordPress.com upgrades can or need to be purchased for it.

Pretty much everything you want you can already do for free, since you have a WordPress.ORG blog.
