No Styles Options in Editor

  I’m trying to get rid of a bunch of excess padding on my site and a lot of the instructions I’m reading suggest using Styles or Global Styles but I don’t seem to have that functionality. There’s no half moon icon in the editor: https://i.imgur.com/nAu3pYf.png

  Someone told me in another thread: “Your site http://ryanoharadesign.com/ isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Google” Does this mean I am unable to access the Style features?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
