no such payment intent

    Hi, I am trying to renew my domain connection, but every time I try to pay, I get a message with a red exclamation mark saying ‘No such payment intent.’ I would attach a screenshot but I’m not sure how to do that here.

    I am using Firefox on Linux.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I should add that I just tried it in Chromium, and got the same error.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I have emailed you a manual payment form. Give that a try and let me know if you see any further errors. Let me know once you’ve submitted payment so I can make sure the domain registration expiration date is extended another year.

    Hi, the payment was submitted five or six days ago but I thought the registration would automatically renew, but that hasn’t happened. Did I need to alert you here as well? If so, could you renew it now?

  • Hi, and thanks for letting us know it was submitted! We were able to update the connection now; so it’s currently valid through 17 July 2024. If anything else comes up, feel free to let us know!
