NO SUPPORT

I have been trying to get support in forums for two weeks. I wish there was a phone number to call so I could talk directly to a person. When I write my problem down they send me to a list of questions and answers that have nothing to do with my problem.
1. My link worked for one week. After one week when you click on my link it says it does not exist. It does exist! I want somebody to help me fix my link so my friends and family can read all the blogs I have been writings. My settings are on public. My link is not misspelled. My link is willowbentleysmama.wordpress.com and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I would hate to leave this website and go somewhere else and lose all the blogs I have been working on. Can someone please help me? (email visible only to moderators and staff)

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with sharing your blog link. When I click https://willowbentleysmama.wordpress.com/ , I am able to see your blog.
When I share my blog link, I always copy and paste the web address (rather than type it out) to avoid any possible spelling errors.

Thank you very much. I found the staff and volunteer reply with the link you gave me.
1. How do I find answers to things I post in forums?
2. How do I remove my static page so my blogs will show up?
3. Originally when my link was working, people would click on my link, go to the top right corner and click on menu then go to the left and click on blogs.
Right now when you click on my link I think what is happening is it is going to my static page? The word blogs is not listed in my menu so nobody can read any of the blogs I have written over the last two weeks.
Believe me if you can show me how to click on Facebook he links, have a menu that says blogs and have my friends and family be able to read my blogs I will be singing praises for wordpr as.com to all my Facebook friends and all of my family!
Remember if I do not get an email back I have no idea how to find answers to my questions in forums.

Hi,
1. You can “subscribe” to the forum topics that you create. In the right-hand column of the forum topic page, click “Subscribe to Topic.” That way, you will receive emails when replies are posted.
2. To remove the static front page, go to your site’s Customizer:

Click “Static Front Page” in the left-hand column. Under “Front page displays,” select “Your latest posts.” Remember to hit the blue “Save & Publish” button at the top of the left-hand column!PS – You can add a blog link to your website’s menu. Here is a great tutorial on how to do it. You can follow the instructions, but I’d recommend not creating a new menu… instead just edit the menu you have: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

I changed my static page to a page with my most recent blogs listed. I texted it to my sister and my husband. Thank you for your help with that. However, when I posted this same link on FaceBook the link does not work. It leads my friends back to my static page.
Originally Facebook readers clicked on my link and there was a menu. In the menu there was a word blogs. You clicked on blogs and you could read my blogs. Right now the menu does not have blogs listed.
I watched the video on how to customize my menu but I did not understand how to add my blogs to my menu. I need help so that my Facebook readers can read my blogs and not my original static page.
Also I do not know how to log in and log out.
Also I do not know how to go to my page.
Also I do not know how to get in and edit my blogs.I really do appreciate all the help that has been given to me but I have many Facebook friends that would like to read my blogs and I need to know how to sign in and out and how to do fit my blogs. Please help me.
