No support for paid WordPress dot com accounts or dot org

The problems I asked for help with were not resolved, though the request for help was closed.
If you aren’t going to hire their design team, the design team does nothing. Tech support only helps with break/fix. Yet themes are built in such a basic way that coding is necessary and out of several, so far none work 100% as they are. Two theme installs required WordPress tech support to manually remove the installs.
Since WordPress cornered the market of sitebuilding, I was left with finding a theme that is actively and reasonably supported. That could change so I won’t bother naming the theme.
WordPress stinks. Now you can considered this issue ‘resolved’, since resolved apparently means “we don’t really do squat”.
