No support from WordPress chat widgets

A few weeks ago the blue chat widget disappeared from my admin page, no reasons why, still paying the same for the Creator Plan, after complaining about I was directed to use the AI chat, which is not working at all… never loads the chat when I click “still need help”
When the blue chat widget will come back and who can help to make the Ai chat to work?

I don’t know why the chat box might have disappeared but I have tagged this thread for staff attention so that they can advise better.

Thanks @carmochloe for your kind answer, finally I got an explanation, the button apparently disappeared from all users but let me ask, you still see the blue right bottom cornet chat widget to live chat with happiness engineers?
