I have a paid Premium website thru WordPress. They used to be great with their customer service and support, but now I cannot get any support at all. Any help out there?

Why am I not able to contact WordPress for any support issues I am dealing with?
I have tried for the past two weeks repeatedly to use the chat service, leaving email messages with no response.
I have several issues affecting my website. sodhoppersmoccasins.com that are impacting my business which need addressing.
1. Since I transfered my two domains to WordPress I am no longer able to receive emails to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email address.
2. My sodhoppers.com domain has this statement:sodhoppers.com
Active
April 25, 2025
Transfer successful! To make this domain work with your WordPress.com site you need to point it to WordPress.com name servers.
But I have already pointed it to WordPress.com.!? I believe this is where the issue with my no receiving emails to (email visible only to moderators and staff) is being derailed.
3. Two of my major pages on my website no longer show the loaded photos or descriptions…my Moccasins and Artwork pages. I cannot add new photos or manage these pages any longer. Not good.
Again… why have I not received any help with these issues?

Hi there!
I’m sorry to hear that you were having trouble contacting us. I noticed that you sent us an email, and we recently replied to you with some suggestions. Could you please check your inbox and see if you got the email?
Also, your WordPress.com Premium plan does give you access to live chat support on weekdays. What happens when you go to https://wordpress.com/help → click Contact Support → click Live Chat, and fill out the form? Do you see any error messages?
Let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate.
