No support with business plan upgrade?!

So, WordPress is running ads on my blog. I paid for a business upgrade. My 3 year old blog site is not a copy of WordPress with a different hosting service. I haven’t posted for a month, but now it is shut down and wordpress tells me I don’t have any websites yet and although I upgraded to a business plan, there is no support at all. ALl my work getting followers down the tubes I guess. All that money for business upgrade over 3 years useless. I guess I just have to close my account. Very crappy and misleading. Ask a forum? Yeah right.

is it that you’re not able to access live support at this time?

Hello there, You have another open forum thread from a few minutes earlier https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-am-having-trouble-posting-on-my-blog/ where you mention https://rpodadventure.com/ as your website. That site is up and running, but it looks like you might need to be logged in with a different username account to access it.
lynnefedorickPlease first log out of this account you are using to post to these forums and then log back in with the other account. Once you do so, you should not only be able to access your site, but also receive direct assistance under your upgrade plan.
Let us know how that goes.

I have tried that. Unfortunately, when I try to do anything with my site or seek help it is taking me to a page that tells me I don’t have any sites yet. For example: https://wordpress.com/comments/all/rpodadventure.com. I don’t know if you can see it. Or https://wordpress.com/stats/day/rpodadventure.com. I get a similar response when I ask for support. I am really upset I paid for a business account and I can’t access anything. Thanks for your help.

I see you are stilled logged in as lynnefed which doesn’t have any site running on the wordpress.com platform.
Let’s try another way to restore access to the account that bought the Business Plan. As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form -
Hey @hughfordb123 – The original poster was able to log in to the correct account and post on their website on November 13th.
If @lynnefed is no longer able to log in to their other WordPress.com account, mentioned in my first reply, then, as @staartmees said, they will have to work directly with the WordPress.com account recovery folks to restore access to the correct account. As much as we volunteers would like to help, there’s nothing further we can do.
