No table of contents / TOC??

  Hello.

  I like WordPress. I really do. I understand the difference between .COM (free) and .ORG (self-hosted) accounts, and I appreciate why you don’t permit plugins on the free version.

  That said … no auto-generating TOC box on the free version? Really? I can do what WP calls “jump-text,” but it is tedious!

  Are there any plans for this feature?

  Have you looked at the Archive short code?

  No plug-ins for security and reliability reasons – common architecture here – your bad plug-in could do a lot of damage – look over at WordPress.ORG sometime and see how many problems are related to plug-ins
