No Theme Editor Tab

  i was trying to paste a html code but could not find the theme editor tab at the presentation tab! it was just missing…all i have is
  -themes
  -(theme editor is missing)
  -current themes options

  why?

  Because their is no access to theme files or the addition of plugins allowed.

  You have to have your blog hosted elsewhere in order to use plug-ins. Please have a look at the FAQ.

  there are plenty of hosts that will host wordpress and they are really cheap now. I have some sites hosted at Site5.com and they have a wordpress autoinstaller that makes it totally painless.

  You may find it slightly less painless when upgrade time comes around.
