no theme install option

  My admin no longer gives me the option to install a theme I purchased at themeforest.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot install custom or third-party themes on WordPress.com. You can only select from the themes already available to free-hosted WP.com blogs. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
