No thumbnail on Facebook Page posts

  Hi every since I changed my Facebook connection to my Page and not my Profile the thumbnails have disappeared from the Facebook posts. Can you help? They appeared fine on my Profile page previously. Makes my FB blog Page very boring.

  Hi Sarah,

  When I try sharing one of your posts on a test Page, the thumbnails appear correctly. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies?

  Additionally, can you let me know if this error only happens when the posts are automatically Publicized to your page or when you manually share your posts as well?

  When I physically go to a post and share it with Facebook the thumbnail appears on the FB Page but when I Publicize either scheduled or immediate posts straight from Dashboard there’s no thumbnail.
  I noticed in the comments section about Publicize when you announced it that I wasn’t the only person with the problem.

  Hi Sarah,

  After some testing, I was able to reproduce the problem you’re experiencing. It appears that Facebook Pages connected to our Publicize feature do not include any thumbnails with the automatic posting.

  I’ve alerted our team to this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a timeline as to when this may be fixed, but it is on our radar. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
