No title on my home page?

To avoid having a large title on my main page that says “HOME” I deleted the title for the home page of my site under pages. It’s nice and clean now, but I’m concerned I may not be easily found by search engines since my home page apparently has no title? Is this the case and should I be worried?
This is my second post since the first received no answer. Thank you.
