no toolbar
-
I do not have a toolbar on my blog nor do I have a Users option on my dashboard. Please help! This is a class project.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Does this happen when you log in via https://studentsuccesswithtechnologyschool.wordpress.com/wp-admin/?

When I log in that way I now see Users in my dashboard. But when I try to edit a post, I don’t have a toolbar like in Word. I need to be able to create links. Thank you for your help.

That Word toolbar belonged to the Classic Editor. WordPress.com switched to the new Gutenberg Blocks Editor, https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/. You could switch back to the Classic Editor, but that editor will disappear soon. Best is to learn to use the new editor.

if you’re using the new Block editor then when you start typing a post you’ll see a few more options such as bold/italics etc. Colour and text settings are via the “cog” top right. If you want a more traditional toolbar (which includes the “add link” button) click on the + in a circle top left. Then “Add block” “classic”.
