No upgrade button – urgent renewal support needed

My domain expires in 4 days and I do not have an upgrade now button on my subscription page! Please help. I am the administrator, and the owner of the site but I did not pay originally for the site. I do not want my site to go down!! It is my business site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You will HAVE to be logged in as the person who paid for the upgrade in order to renew the upgrade. I’ll flag this for staff attention.

Hi Raincoaster, thanks so much for getting back to me. So i am now logged in as the original user (a friend of mine who set up the site for me, so she is happy to give me her details) and I can renew – phew! But its not ideal to have to do this every year, as she may want to change her details, close down that account etc. I want to set up an auto renewal myself – how can I do this? Thanks so much for your advice in advance.

She can transfer the up grades to your account –
Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades >> should find a transfer to another account button under the upgrade

There is a button entitled transfer to another site, but not to another user….and it says this:
Warning! Moving a domain product to a different blog will cause the domain to display content from the new blog. Do this only if you’re sure you want to display content from the blog selected below at the domain onepumpkin.co.uk.If you’d like to move this upgrade product from one of your sites to another, please select the new site URL below. The upgrade will no longer be available from the original blog.
Also it does not give me the option to transfer it to my site, but I dont think its the right button anyway…..

This has already be flagged for the staff to help – they can move the upgrades to another account for you
To make it easy for them the first time – please explain in small plain words what you want transferred from and to where – you need to be logged in as the owner of the upgrade to request transfers of upgrades

So i want the upgrade for domain onepumpkin.co.uk transferred from capitalnunsnetball.wordpress.com to onepumpkin.co.uk.

Still nothing has changed on these two sites – I am still unable to upgrade from onepumpkin. Can anyone tell me when this might be looked at by staff? I have logged into both account to check for changes, but nothing yet. Thank you
