No upgrades to individual plans

    My site is not upgrading rate plan. It is currently free, but cannot be upgraded to personal or premium. ‘This site is not compatible’ Please confirm

    Hi there,

    From what I can see, your site was previously on the Business plan. The system currently still sees your site as a Business site, which is why you’re receiving this error message when trying to upgrade.

    To resolve this issue, we first need to properly downgrade your site from the Business plan back to the Free plan. However, I want to ensure you understand what this process entails before we proceed.

    When downgrading from the Business plan to the Free plan, any content that was added to the site after it was upgraded to the Business plan will be removed. This includes all plugins and any third-party themes that were installed. Essentially, the site will be reverted back to the state it was in before the upgrade to the Business plan.

    Please confirm the downgrade and once it’s done, you’ll be able to upgrade to the plan of your choice.
