No Upload/Images toolbar

  When I logged in to create my first post, I noticed that I do not have access to the Media Library, nor can I upload any images because the Upload/Insert toolbar is missing from my page. Has this happened to anyone else??

  I tried logged in as your username. I can see upload buttons and Media Library fine – are you using another account or, as 1tess asked, have a different blog?
