No verification code sent to my phone

Hi guys, I have a huge problem. I can’t log in my primary account (administrator) because no verification code is sent to my phone every time I log in. Please assist.

I tried to log in at my primary email (email visible only to moderators and staff). But I haven’t received any verification code. Please assist, and better yet, please deactivate the need for verifying via SMS. It’s more of a hassle actually.
