No video, only audio except on ipad

  I updated my website with some new videos, when I try to watch them on a PC they have audio only with a dark screen. When I watch on iPhone or iPad they work fine. Why is this happening?

  You use the self-hosted WordPress version(.org), and your website is hosted on Bluehost.

  We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.
