No Video Post Thumbnails in Facebook?

  When my blog posts are video posts, there is no screenshot in Facebook, but instead my avatar appears beside the post. How can I get it to show a thumbnail of the video itself?

  Unfortunately, we have no control over the images and/or other media files that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. They are in your blog’s RSS Feed. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
