no visual editor

    Hi! I have a problem writing my blog post. Visual editor is not available. Only HTML editor is available. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    As you can see from the following screenshot the Visual editor loads fine:

    If you’re still having trouble switching to the visual editor please try the following things:

    * Clear your browser’s cache
    * Force refresh the page
    * Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again
