No visual interface when I write a post

  Dear sirs
  why in my post publication page the interface I can use is only HTML and not visual? Yesterday everythig was ok.
  This is the address of my blog http://frisas.com/blog/
  In my blog I only modified the header image with a FTP client (using the same name and .jpg extension of the original)
