No visual only html

I cant update our Pages because there are no visual viewing, only html. I have tried most of the stuff suggested on these pages…(browser change, updates, removing cache and cookies etc.)

Which browser did you try? please also try Google Chrome or Firefox.

Hi, I have tried Firefox, but when I tested this on a PC computer (i currently use a Macbook pro, this years model) it worked fine both with Explorer and Firefox. So, something wrong with my Mac, or?

What version of Firefox are you running on your Mac?
Also, would you please try Safari to rule-out a browser-specific issue?

And you have definitely noticed absolutely no change after clearing your cookies and cache?

Hm, when I try taking a look at your “Add New Posts” page from our end, the Visual Editor works properly for me. Can you confirm that you have Javascript and plugins enabled on your browser?
Are you using any type of antivirus or firewall on your Mac?
