No way of ‘cancelling’ subscriptions & no payment method

    I am STILL getting charged for subscriptions that I cancelled over 6 months ago. I don’t even own a WordPress site anymore and I have NO payment methods in my account. Under Purchases, I only see the charges, and there is NO option / toggle to turn off or cancel any subscription. It just has the purchase and the receipt. However somehow my bank account is getting charged / debited for the amounts. Please help!! I am a very small business and have gotten charged over $350 in fees I cannot control through WordPress!

    To find out what those charges are about, you can check them at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.

    @queenofheartshemp I don’t see any transactions under the account you’re currently logged into, which makes me think that the charges might be under a different account.

    You can use the link @staartmees gave above to look up one of the transactions and will put you in touch with our billing support team.

    Alternatively, can you let us know what the URL is of the site where had the subscription? Once we have that information, we’ll be able to determine if the charges are at WordPress.com or elsewhere and we can better advise how to get that refunded.
