No way to cancel custom design renewal

  There is no ‘Cancel’ link on the automatically renewing Custom Design package. I need to cancel it before it tries to charge a no longer valid CC or PayPal account.

  Hi Sean –

  That upgrade is owned by another user of the blog, beautomated. If that user logs in, they should be able to cancel the upgrade, or they can write into us and we can help them out.
