No way to continue after accidentally closed the browser during registration?

Hi!
I was registering another blog with username “callstarifc”, but I accidentally closed the browser & cannot reopen it.
Then i found no way to continue my registration as I have not entered any email nor password, & no way for me to register again with this blog.
I found the name here in the drop down menu “Select the blog you need help with” when opening this thread…
so how can i continue the registration?million thanks!
