no way to transfer ownership

  with update, http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account is no longer how the My Blogs page is set up.
  The hover text to transfer ownership is no longer there.
  My blog now has two administrators and neither of us can edit the other or ourselves to demote to another user level

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you try transferring it from https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs ?

  that works. And now I have transfered. Thanks.

  But the only way you can get there is with your link. By following directions on http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account it takes you to the regular my blogs page
