No ways to pay :(((

  Dear Community, :)
  I do not possess any credit cards. All my previous payments were realised with the help of my friends. Now I have a virtual debit card, tailored to pay online. WP system did not accept it, neither any other Visa or Master debit cards that I possess, even if it claims to accept those.
  By the way, I also do not have PayPal, but still do not see any reasonable reasons to have it. :)

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  Well, I used my Visa and/or Master debit cards and it failed. :(
  What did you mean by “should work just like a credit card”? How can I check it? How do I know what ‘type’ of card I have?

  At this time, our credit card processor (PayPal) has chosen to block payments from your country.

  If you have access to credit card with a billing address outside of the country, you can try that.

  Alternatively, we do accept Bitcoin, which you can read more about at http://www.weusecoins.com/

  Hi,

  it sounds crazy…
  Why do they block it? Why am I to pay for someone’s mistakes?
  And now, I do not have access to foreign credit cards.
  What am I to do?

  I’m not sure why they’re blocking it, probably a history of fraud in the country. The decision is really up to them, we have no control over how they operate their business.
