No Welcome Kit email received after activation

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the correct place for this question but here goes…
As per the subject line, I’ve not received the Welcome Kit email after activation as stated in the email which says ‘After you confirm your account, come back and check your inbox for your WordPress.com Welcome Kit email. It includes all the information you need to get started, including a simple 5-step process to get your site launched quickly, and a boatload of free marketing tips to help you drive traffic to your site.’
I’ve bought a domain and a managed WordPress/Ionos package and as this is all new to me I currently feel like a lost sheep so any other helps appreciated too!

I’ve bought a domain and a managed WordPress/Ionos package
Note that you are currently logged in to a WordPress.com account. WordPress.com and Ionos are two completely different places. A welcome kit to set up a site here at WordPress.com won’t be applicable to you if your site is hosted somewhere else and using the WordPress.org software.

Thanks for both replies above. I went back through all the emails and I’ve now activated the applicable domain via the Ionos email and it then led me to set up my administrator login for it. That then started up my website publishing using the wordpress platform so I’m ready to start getting to grips with it and creating a website. It was the welcome email from WordPress that steered me in the wrong direction and threw me off but I’m back on track… for now! :)
