No wordpress site associated with my account…??

    Hi there, was wondering if i can get some help. I already posted to the public forums but so far no progress has been made. My issue is when i log into my account, it says i don’t have any sites associated with that account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). This is not correct as i created this site (blissphotobooth.wordpress.com) using that same account. I might have accidently deleted the site from my account somehow and now whenever i try to create a post from my account, it says i don’t have any sites and asks that i create a new site first. I really would like to start creating posts for my site (blissphotobooth.wordpress.com) as i signed up for the wordpress business plan and now i am having hard time getting support.

    Also, is there a dedicated 24 hours support line/chat that i can call. I would imagine that business users would want to get quicker support/resolutions for their issues.

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Let’s see what we can sort out.

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of https://blissphotobooth.wordpress.com/.

    So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to access the https://blissphotobooth.wordpress.com/ dashboard.

    As an upgrade owner, you should be able to access livechat here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact

    However, in order to do that, you need to be logged into the WordPress.com user account that owns the domain. Otherwise the system has no way of knowing that you have purchased WordPress.com Business.

    You might try using old or rarely used email addresses in our password recovery system:

    http://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Thanks rootjosh, you were correct! Apparently i had two accounts with usernames that are very similar to each other hence the mix up. Anyhow, i was able to log into the other account (blissphotobooth) and we are all sorted out now. Thanks so much for the help.
