  Sou um tanto novo no WP e desculpem se a pergunta for muito óbvia.

  No wordpress.com é possível alterar os códigos PHP assim como no wordpress.org?
  Quero inserir programas de afiliados no meu blog.

  Regarding PHP coding, WordPress.com users are not provided access to PHP files so you will not be able to adjust files like functions.php. However, you can upload custom CSS with the Custom Design upgrade discussed here:

  Regarding the affiliate links, we do allow users to use reputable affiliate programs like Amazon Affiliates. However, the links must be within the blog content (not on the sidebar). You can read more about our policy here:
