No WordPress.com site loading properly, including my own!

  It’s been a week or so since I’m getting this error. None of my wordpress blogs are looking right. So, the themes doesn’t appear but only the HTML text with images sometimes. I changed browser settings and then the browser as well. They are not working from even my smartphone or ipad. Please help, my work is suffering immensely because of this.

  Your blog http://arpitabhagat.wordpress.com/ seems fine when I look at it on my end. Have you tried clearing the cache, cookies, etc.? Have you tried opening it on another laptop or PC?
