No WP credentials, used to login through BlueHost
-
Hello! The blog I need assistance with is https://vivovii.com. Used to login through BlueHost to get to the vivovii.com WP site integration. Not sure why but BH now says ‘you have no sites’. The error is ‘You do not currently have any WordPress sites. Please create one before accessing your home page.’ I do have a WP site and it is linked to vivovii.com which BH used to pick up on. I am wondering if you could send the email on file for vivovii.com’s WP site some recovery credentials. I have no idea what the email on file is but am hopeful that someone still has access.
Thank you!

I’m going to follow this article in the meantime – https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

Hi there,
You’re posting to the support forums for WordPress.com. We’re a completely different company from Bluehost.com, and have no control over or information about any account you have with them.
That said, the domain, vivovii.com, is registered with Namecheap.com, and currently pointed to our servers on WordPress.com. It was connected to a WordPress.com site two days ago, and subsequently disconnected again. That site belongs to a different account from the one you’re using to post here.
If you’re trying to access that WordPress.com site, please follow our account recovery steps at the page you linked above.
If you used to have that domain connected to a site at Bluehost.com, and you’re trying to reconnect it to that site, please contact Bluehost support directly for help with that.
