  Can you please post the address of the website where this has happened?

  Can you check that you are logged into your WordPress.com account when this happens? You can do this by going to WordPress.com and logging in.

  Also, what fee and which button exactly are you referring to? I don’t see any paid subscriptions on your account, but none is really needed to post to your site.
