No www?

  Hi there,

  First if all, apologies for the bombardment of newbie questions recently!

  I registered the domain name http://www.whereisclaire.co.uk and wanted my blog lanchutt.wordpress.com to be redirected to it.

  However, I got it sorted with my host support people and the url is http://whereisclaire.co.uk. When I type in the www prefix, my blog does not appear.

  Is there anyway I can retain the ‘www’?

  Okay so I just clicked the www link about to test and it worked, yet if I type it in a new window it sometimes does not work. Confusing!!
