NoAds Upgrade

  I’ve used the NoAds upgrade for a while now, but I just realized that ads are still showing up on my blog. What does the upgrade cover, if it doesn’t remove ads? Thanks.

  Hello Varina!

  I’m not seeing any ads on your site, vvdenman.com. Could you please clear your browser’s cache, and see if those ads are still visible? Here are instructions to clear your cache:

  If you’re still seeing them, please send me a screenshot, so I can further research the issue for you. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.

  Thanks, Robyn. I didn’t see ads for a while on my laptop, but one just showed up on my phone. I’ve uploaded the screen shot.

  Hey Varina,

  Thank you SO much for that image. That helped me trace the issue.

  I’ve removed the non-functioning upgrade from your site, then re-added the No Ads upgrade.

  Since it appears that the upgrade wasn’t working properly for some time, I’ve given it the expiration date of May 5, 2016, so you have a full year of service.

  You may need to clear your browser’s cache using the instructions below, so you can refresh your site, and view it without ads:
