Nocitech wordpress. Need your help – any customer support from wordpress?????

    I payed 626,94 Danish Croner on the 28th of September 2020 – I need an invoice and I need to cancel this subscription as I now use another solution with wordpress. Please help. My mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff) – Marianne Andersen

    For what site did you make this payment? The marianneandersen2017 account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us on WordPress.com, and the @nocitech.com email address you mentioned above is not associated with any WordPress.com username account. We also don’t sell any upgrade that costs 626,94DKK

    To be clear, you are posting in the support forums for the web hosting provider, WordPress.com. If you bought services related to a WordPress website hosted somewhere else, you’ll need to contact the service provider where you made that purchase directly for help with this.
