Bonjour,
J’ai crée 2 blogs sur WordPress.com
Le premier est appelé exemple.wordpress.com et il est bien construit.
Le second est appelé monnom.wordpress.com et il n’a pas de contenu.
Je voudrais relier le contenu de exemple.wordpress.com au domaine monnom.wordpress.com. Je n’y arrive pas parce que je ne peux pas renommer exemple.wordpress.com, et je ne peux pas supprimer monnom.wordpress.com sinon le domaine ne sera plus disponible. Comment faire ? MerciI have 2 blogs on WordPress.com
The first one is called exemple.wordpress.com and it’s well done.
The second one is called myname.wordpress.com and it’s no use.
I would like to make the link between the two of them : to conserve the domain myname.wordpress.com but to show the website exemple.wordpress.com. I cannot do it because I cannot rename exemple.wordpress.com, and I cannot scratch myname.wordpress.com or else the domain won’t be able anymore. Hi, did you want to redirect traffic from the old address to the new? If so you can do that. It takes a small upgrade which is available here. Pick the old address first:
https://wordpress.com/domains/add/site-redirect/Then you would specify the new address that you’d like to send traffic to. We have more details here:

I started with the domain atelierfunambule.wordpress.com but I wasn’t satisfied, then I created atelierfunambuleweb.wordpress.com and this blog is the right one, but I would like the name to be atelierfunambule.worpress.com
And if possible, the best would be to compil with the name atelierfunambule.com that I bought to Ovh. But I don’t want to pay for it, since I only bought the domain’s name and nothing else

I have those two blogs and I just want atelierfunambuleweb.wordpress.com to be called atelierfunambule.wordpress.com without any redirection because the right name’s blog has no content and it can be scratch -
Since you own atelierfunambule.wordpress.com can you simply use that? There is no content on either site, so it should be a matter of just deciding to use atelierfunambule.wordpress.com . I mentioned the theme because that was the only thing I could see different between the two sites, besides the name.
Are you having trouble using https://atelierfunambule.wordpress.com/ ?

Ah, I do see one page now on that site. Since it’s just one page, you can copy and paste it into a page on the correct site.

You would also be welcome to do a full import / export process, however, copying and pasting is easier for just one item.

There is not just one page, there is a whole site with many pages !
Is the import / export process secure to keep my data and will I be sure that everything would be copy paste and not deleted from the original site ? -

Ah okay. While there’s not a way to rename a site to override an existing site, you do have a few options:
– Export the content from atelierfunambulecom and import it into atelierfunambule
OR
– Choose another name that has not been taken
OR
– Map a custom domain such as atelierfunambule.com ( you would get a plan first, then add the domain ). That way your readers won’t see the wordpress.com address at all.
