  Hi, is it possible to let users uploading pictures to my blog? I want to organize a picture collect. thanks

  If and only if you create official user of your blog and you assign them a role that allows them to upload images then they can do that. See here and note it’s not wise to ever have more than 1 Administrator on a blog.

  Thank you for the answer. What I need Is something else, I would like to organize a “call for pictures” and would like to collect picture from anyone who likes to participate, without changing the actual user rules. The only thing is to ask peolpe to send the photos by email and I upload them. But it would have been funnier to let people uploading themself.

  The reason we moderate comments on blogs is spam. About 80% of all comments received on this domain at wordpress.com are spam. None of us would welcome a situation where anyone could automatically post any image to our blogs without our approval because what we would receive would be spam. That’s why there are user roles. By assigning user roles you can limit Admin access and the software can recognize official users. You can post a contact form and invite people to use it to send images to you.
