NON authorised charge on Credit Cad [URGENT]

  Dear Support,
  I m the webmaster of the European University Institute, http://www.eui.eu and I have been notified by our administration that a charge of 99 USD has been done from you on our Credit Card last 7 August 2013.
  Can you please URGENTLY send me the details of this charge?
  Who made the order? For what service? Where is the invoice? For what domain?

  I’m afraid I’m going to need more information. The site http://www.eui.eu is not hosted on WordPress.com and in fact isn’t even running WordPress. It’s possible that there’s a subdomain or a blog somewhere on the site that is, but I’d need more details to track that down.

  If you can submit any further information about this transaction, such as the PayPal transaction ID, the purchaser/email address, or related website, I’d be happy to keep looking into it for you.
